Nice, TY, CC. I heard Orakpo's bonus was $12.1M over 5 years. Not sure how it's staged though.
To be conservative, if we assume it's all paid up front right now, then the hit from it comes to $2.2 million.
So your $4.9 minus the $2.2 means we'd have $2.7 left over. At least.
