Honestly, I'd try e-Bay or Amazon.
They're not on e-Bay yet, only refrigerator magnets of the cover...but there's some on Amazon:

edit: Actually, found some on E-Bay now. First I searched for Jason Campbell SI and got the magnets, but if you type in "Sports Illustrated, August 10, 2009" you get some:
