That's an excellent conspiracy theory, but I think that the ONLY reason Snyderato didn't pick Oher at #13 was that they were shocked to have Orakpo fall in their laps. I can see Orakpo eventually becoming the face of the franchise if he puts together a few 10-15 sack seasons early in his career.
