Why is it that we have blonde women in the CIA working undercover in corporations, and not Arabic men infiltrating terrorist groups? Maybe we do? I'm not privy to such things. It seems like a waste of resources if you ask me.

There are many ways to gather intelligence one of which is usage of innocent looking blond desk agent. I mean, why put all your eggs in one basket? A healthy mix of desk agents and field agents is more effective than having a force consisting of only field agents.
