He clearly went low, and he clearly looked at the guy and picked his spot. as for whether he cared if he hurt him, did he go over to see, no, cuz he didn't care. He got up, looked quickly over and walked off. Can't see how anyone sees that as a clean hit under current rules. If you want to argue the rules are too soft, ok, I agree. But under current rules that will be called every time, and I bet he gets a pretty nice fine also.
