There's a reason there's a rule that the crackback block must be above the waist, it's for player safety. The player being blocked is completely defenseless and to smack him high is one thing, going low has a high probability of injury. I only wish Favre would've blown out his shoulder on the play, would've served him right for such a blockheaded play.
