i'm on vacation in the caribbean but just have to step in here and defend my man Portis.
look at Portis's carries this year and tell me again he doesn't want to run. 3 ypc (ie TOUGH yards) with a leaky OLine and conservative (ie. predictable, some even say outdated) offense and he still wanted more touches. almost 1400 yds and he played hurt all year too. didn't you claim Rod Gardner was our offensive MVP this year?
