We had two QB's for about 2-3 days before we signed Woodson to the practice squad. That is when I noticed the Raiders dropped Garcia.

Being the Skins love the big name I put two and two together. Not saying I'd sing in the streets if we signed him just saying that's a move I expect the name loving Skins to make.
