a) The alphabet test is bullshit. I'm one of those people that has to progress from A-Z and I have trouble picking up in the middle or going backwards. Any of that is extremely difficult for me sober.
Too me he sounded sober. Also - who doesn't leave a club smelling like alcohol? It's everywhere, people spill it on you, etc.
He sounded like he got the right call. DUI's are slapped on people in this country that shouldn't be. My favorite is the guy who got a DUI asleep in his back seat because he turned the heat on to stay warm.
