Not being racist in slightest but the author has to be a black dude.

The term "bitch made", which made me laugh, was envoked at the beginning. The only way that term is used is if 2pac is still alive.

Also the retro-1990's-putdown "bama" was envoked to demean the Redskins complete ineptitude. Not completely ruling out a hip popping white guy with MAJOR BALLS but I think it's safe to say it was a black dude.
