I have 2 broken unused grills in the back and 1 working grill, all dirt no grass (cant help that there is zero sunlight and yeah i checked out ground cover options), i have what used to be a sandbox but now is just a hilton for mosquitoes to breed even though i drop seven on their asses every other week, two barking ass dogs, a screen door that i tried to install but broke and a window screen that fell off a second story window which i havent moved yet . . . when they were showing the house next to mine, the people walked up to teh roof top deck, we just had a party so there was a beer keg whole bunch of red cups, i was out there without a shirt on looking like a true balmor redneck and my dogs were barking up a storm.

I'm glad. My neighbor might have your beat. He took an extension ladder and put it on his picnic table so it would reach the top of his roof so he could get up ther and do christmas lights. He did this in Dec of 2006 and just took the thing down this summer because he needed it for something else.
