It's majorly apparent that the team has trouble scoring, especially from with in 10 yrds. I presume it's cause the field is smaller, so why not take a delay of game penalty back up 5 yrds and give your WR's and TE more space to work with?

JC also needs to learn how to finess the ball into his players hands. Everything he does with the ball is with brute force. When your lined up inside the 5 yrd line you don't blast a ball at your catchers.
