A combination of both, but to that end Portis use to find six yard here and there with his fied vision and instict. This year he runs into the pile and takes bad running lanes.
It is aso a problem with his and Synder's relationship, and also to the idea of getting rid of him he is tied up in a very HIGH contact that would basically eliminate any kind of trade or release.
