Hell no. Portis is a huge bust at this point, and Cooley can't find the endzone. Cooley is a nice play in PPR leagues, and racks up yardage pretty well though. Portis IMO is not better than a flex option right now. Our line is a mess and he's not getting enough carries to make a difference in a fantasy lineup.
I agree with 44Deezel about JC. Looks like he can definitely be a viable #2 fantasy QB, possibly worth a start some weeks when the matchup is right. He could be a nice start this Sunday actually. Tampa's secondary is awful.
