. The NPP is political for the most part , i,e ; had Presdent Obama's campaigns focus been on destroying radical Islam , N. Korea ect . he would not have received the award , fair or not . I think J. Carter received his NPP 25 years after his " work " , only after he " condemmed " the Iraq war. Congrads to our President .
