It is kind of crazy that at 2-2, the Skins have looked frazzled this week and made some curious moves, while Carolina is at 0-3 and seems relaxed and confident from what I have read (Maybe a sense of urgency, but not panic?).

Unfortunately, despite the better record, I think the Skins will struggle and lose this game. I'll say 20-13
