So that made a big difference Saunders had more confidence in him because he spent more time in his system than JC. I don't think folks really understand how hard it is to be a NFL QB. Moreless, a NFL QB that changes systems every year or so. Imagine have to learn the position of QB and a whole new system at once repeatedly. The growing pains for that individual is a lot longer then others. Stability is the key to success in running an organization which we haven't that the last pass 10 year.
