Yes, we have mediocre talent. I'm ok w/ getting rid of some older guys as our team needs to be built thru young talented players. What did Ted Leonis say about always thinking you are a player or two away? It's not a very smart way to go about building a team. Be honest w/ yourself.

We do have some building blocks here mostly on defense. On offense, i'd like to keep Cooley and ummm, ahh, mmmm..
