Apparently he has not. Don't be fooled by the fact he only got the title like a yr ago. Vinny, being the "best friend" of said owner, had a lot of advise for DS I'm sure even though he didn't hold the title of GM. His time has come and gone. Take away ALL Redskins related duties from him. Make him exec of the theme park or exec of Redskins1 but move him on out.
