If you watch the play, he barely gets hit and goes to the ground, seemingly with some degree of temporary paralysis. This does not bode well for future play.

Yeah, after reading some about it and former players who went from 100% to retired (Mack Strong, Michael Irvin among others) with this condition, I think we may have seen the last of #60 in the burgundy and gold. I'm not wishing that, of course, but you don't mess with a neck injury. If he doesn't come back after the bye (since his next appointment with the doctor is next week, I'm counting him out for Philly) then he's basically done.
