Leinart and Quinn are about the same prospect at this point, with the same strengths and weaknesses, and the same college resume with limited pro success, and same ridiculous questions about "arm strength".
Picking one over the other would be simply deciding which handedness you'd rather try to protect based on current personnel.
Everyone else on this list has had ample starting time to show something, but haven't. Quinn and Leinart may still both be good quarterbacks yet. I wouldn't bet on both of them getting the opportunity though, seems like one or the other is going to get a chance.
