Thanks for the links . Area 51 has abount 1 million stories surrounding it . I know a guy < retired AF/ANG > , who was part of a fighter squadrin based out of Ill. . They had a jet that had to make an Emergency landing at the base < area 51/groom lake > . The base sent up an escort to assist him on the base , the rest of the pilots from Ill. were not allowed into the air space at A-51 . They debriefed the pilot for hours , and to much of the jet apart before allowing him to leave the base .
