A truly structured front office, a GM who finds the coach best suited for a long run, who could build a competent offensive line and then surround it with good skill position players such as an elite quarterback with good wide receivers, not through free agency by giving out huge contracts to guys who don't have many good seasons left, but through good drafting and then filling in a need here or there through free agency?
