Yeah unless he just brings in the GM and head coach and lets them take over everything while he has basically a figurehead/occasional consultant role with the title of President.
I can see it now. President Joe Gibbs, GM Doug Williams, Assistant GM Lionel Vital, Head Coach Russ Grimm, Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles, Offensive Coordinator (insert name that I can't think of right now)
A part of me suspects though this is a story planted by the Redskins themselves to get fans, if only temporarily, a bit excited in the midst of all this negative news
