He's got plenty of connections. More importantly he knows people that have connections. Basically, if you have connections inside one organization you have connections with others within the NFL as well.
Either way, the more I hear the more it seems this could really happen but it's not going to be like Parcells necessarily. Gibbs would be like Magic Johnson with the Lakers, have a big time title and be the owner's consigliere if you will. But he would bring in the GM and let that GM run things
