Given the amount of guaranteed money left on Portis' deal - and that the team acquiring him in a trade acquires the existing contract - I doubt you'd find any team willing to give the Skins more than a conditional fifth round pick for him.

Add to the burden that his contract brings the diva reputation he has shaped for himself and it might be a conditional sixth round pick is the best offer out there...
