The other thing I'm saying, is that if Quarterback is really an issue, we should put our money where our mouths are, and get the right guy for the new system, all the while, using our draft picks to bring in young talent that will get this team back where it needs to be.

We can buy better quarterback play. We can't buy a better organization.
