[Trample the Elderly]

I broke down on Saturday and had about 5 cigarettes. On Sunday I didn't have any, nor have I had any today. The smokes I did have on Saturday tasted awful. I usually go through two packs on the weekend.

That effing patch itches like a mother. I remember now why I don't like them.

The last time I quit I was on a bus in the Northern Bay area. I forget what stop it was, but they let all the convicts from San Quentin out there when they've done their bids. Well the first thing they do is fire up smokes when they get out. On the bus they smelled of cigarettes and it made me sick. When I get back to that point again, I know I'll have made it.
