If he was smart he would follow the Presidents Rule of Thumb.....as I do...
1) Nixon: "I'm not a Cooke."
2) Clinton: Flat out deny, "I did not hire Vinny Cerrato."
When the public starts clammering...
3) Bush SR: "Read my lips, I did not hire Vinny Cerrato."
When evidence is mounting that you are lying....
4) Reagan: "I don't recall hiring Vinny Cerrato."
When it's blatently obvious...
5) Clinton: "Mistakes were made in hiring Cerrato."
6) Bush JR: "I'm going to fixidate this here clusterphobia."
I hope this helps all of you....I know I apply these tried and true Presidental statements to everything if it's a disaster. I hope it helps you as well.....
