I wouldn't underestimate the impact that Belichick's coordinators have had. I think both Weiss and Crennel are going to be quality head coaches and they both will be difficult to replace.
I think Belichick is a lot like Gibbs in how he surrounds himself with great coordinators and let's them run their respective units how they see fit. That's not to take anything away from Belichick, but I really think losing those guys next year is going to be a huge adjustment for the Patriots.
