Shanahan is too old. Get a GM and let him set up the team. Please leave no hangovers from this staff. This team is 3-5 years out from this point. We are like a 1 year old expansion team.

I wouldnt be that harsh, we do have some young talent on the offensive side of the ball and our defense is solid for the most part. IMO a few tweaks here and there and we will be back in it.
