Re: How to stop smoking?
I think i've reached a breakthrough here. More and more over the last few days i've been thinking about how i WANT to be smoke free. Before i just tried to find ways around it...like "i'll smoke only 1 a day" or something like that.
It hasn't been a hinderance to my training thus far...but the last time i ran, i felt slowed and my lungs felt different. I think its psychological, because i've been conscious of it, but maybe my lungs are finally starting to decline....
