Re: sausage vs. bacon
It's always a tough choice but I gotta go with bacon, especially crispy bacon. I love a good bacon burger but i enjoy homemade ones much more because the bacon they put on my burgers at restaurants I eat at is just not as good. Sausage is great too, whether it be patties or links.
As for the waffles v. pancakes debate, man pancakes all the way. I like waffles but it's not debatable for me.
