do you want to see a change in they way the skins do things? ever since synder has owned the team he has gone after big name players and coaches here. i want them to get the right coach for the job, not a guy looking for a big payday. maybe a hot coordinator in the league, aka someone who wants to be here to build a team not a paycheck.
