At this point, Zorn is gone, and keeping him in does nothing to establish Snyder as a patient owner, because everyone knows that the Rooney Rule has been met. And again 0-6 in the division, losing to Detroit, and a list of other grievances give Snyder or Allen lots of leeway in letting him go.
