He's sitting in a HCing positon. Rumor was if he didn't win his last 2 games he was gone. Winning puts him at 8-8 I think. But his HCing stint has not been great. He's been .500 or below. Like Norv I wonder if he's a better OC then a HC? I wonder if he's had enough of the HCing situation and would he be willing to just walk away from it to take a lesser roll with us and Shanny, perhaps Senior OC? I don't know if a fancy name is required since he's HC already or if he can buy out his contract or if he can simply say he quits and come to us since he's good buddies with Shanny.
I can tell you it would be a huge coup and we basically would be robbing the Texans of their staff forcing them to get a new HC and staff. Atleast for the offensive side of the ball.
