I would think if a team traded for him they would pick up his existing contract, without having to shell out a signing bonus, which may be more cap friendly, as well a team may want to dump a pick to insure they actually get him, rather than risk losing him on the open market, with all this taking place I have to start thinking that trotter may be a bad seed attitude wise, I mean philli just cut the guy and he was coming off a pro-bowl, I have a feeling he has a nack for really wearing out his welcome in a very short time.
