I think Elway had great years under his other coach too.
Cutler might have played good ball but they didnt win so it didnt seem like it was going to lead anywhere. In his last 3 seasons at Den Shanny was 24-24. Who knows, maybe had they stuck with him it might have but I wonder if DS will stick with him if he's 24-24 after 3 seasons.
