A good man and a good OL coach - - whose "fame" is based on the fact that he was the coach of an offensive line that had 3 and maybe 4 Hall of Fame players on it during his time as the coach. Let me be as kind as I can here:
It would be really hard to f*ck up that kind of talent. Richie Kotite may have been able to make that unit into one that should be remembered for decades after it was off the field.
It's time to smell the roses, Coach. There aren't any OL here now who will ever get into the HoF without buying a ticket just like all the rest of us ordinary folks.
