Slow down a little so the car on the right starts to pass you then watch the guy behind you jump over into their lane. Just as the car tail gating you starts to pass thinking he can get past you speed up some. Now you start passing the car on the right and the tail gater jumps back behind you. You get just far enough infront of the car to your right so the car tailgating just cannot pass then you start to slow down again. Do this over and over again and see how many times the tailgater will go back and forth or just give up.
