Ok is there a difference between Associate HC and Assistant HC? I kinda figured we would call Kyle Shanahan Assistant HC/OC. If it's basically the same thing but worded differently then I guess Kyle made some concessions in order to get Turner. I think that associate is above assistant.. like when Caldwell in Indy got assistant hc and then associate hc
I think it's just a little title boost to justify something like more money.. or more likely to transfer to a larger role within or outside of the organization (like to a head coaching role or something)
I'm sure that somebody can come up with a better technical definition
