BTW the "how many coaches have won Super Bowls with two different teams" thing is a bit of a straw dog. "It can't be done" and "it hasn't been done" are two different statements which should not be confused. My point in my response to the gentlemens post was simply to recommend PATIENCE where Shanny and the new coaching staff are concerned.
Zorn and his staff were not the only obstacle facing the Redskins.
Just saying that by hiring Shanny and Allen, it is not like you "just add water" and viola, your in the Super Bowl next year.
And as far as the "talent level" lost after Parcells, I disagree adamantly. Quite to the contrary that some of the most explosive players Dallas has were drafted by Phillips.
