My son, 12 and a NYG fan
, and I went to NYC for his 10th Bday. He wanted a jersey so bad, I got him Pierce because of his Redskins ties. He and I went to the Fedex MNF game this year with him wearing it. So this is a bummer to me, because of that kinda weird bonding thing that happens there.
On the football side,
If Pierce came back and had the same grudge toward the Giants as he did to us, I would be ok with it. But it's not gonna make or break my off-season glee.
