Just thought I'd bump this since 2 days ago I started the
Power 90 program. It's basically the Jr. version of the P90x. It's still kickin' my butt though. I thought I was in good shape to begin with but I'm walking around today like an old man, lol.
I definitely recommend it if you want to tone up, I plan on moving up to the P90x once I get through the Power 90. Anyone try else try these programs? They seem to be pretty popular now.
