He wasn't. It will take you 5 seconds to google that and verify it.
Philadelphia (for example, I am sure there are others) has been consistently committing early picks to their line. How have we measured up with them?
We have had two first round QB draft picks over the last decade. Where did that get us? 4-12.
Edit: Samuels was second team all pro in 2001. Washington and their second team all pro were 8-8.
