Getting back to Quinn though, I think it's safe to say that right now I'd be very uncomfortable with him as our best option as a starting QB.

Comment: He has a strong, well-defined body and good overall strength, but his arm strength is just average and he doesn't drive the ball deep downfield. Quinn has the makeup of a smart, game-managing quarterback, but that has yet to be proven at this point. He isn't enough of a risk-taker at this point and can be reluctant to let the deep ball fly. What is disturbing is that Quinn really isn't very accurate. He also doesn't move within the pocket all that well, despite being an above-average athlete. But, when the play breaks down, he can scramble to buy time or get yardage as a ball carrier. The jury is still out on this player, but there certainly is upside here.

Personally I feel like Clausen is a much better prospect especially given that Clausen was much more willing to let the deep ball fly. On top of that Clausen was much more accurate completing 68% of his passes, comparatively Quinn completed 61% of his passes his senior year and 64% his junior year. Only advantage Quinn has over Clausen right now is that we can get him on the cheap, however I would still much rather get Bradford above all else. Heres to hoping the Rams trade for Michael Vick.
