Oh I think he'll definitely be there in the 4th, after hearing this, I think he may not get drafted at all, I mean think, your pretty much restricting the guy from the public/fans, you'll probably have some protesters against sex offenders, its a situation that teams don't want to be put in. Would you really want to draft this guy?
