smoot + pierce, get the ravens center... draft WR + DE + WR and sleep tight...

on coles... let him stay, if he says he'll play, let him see if he can get his attitude turned around, and prepare yourself just in case. If he's really looking for money, then sitting out a year isn't going to be an option for him.
