It sounds more like a swap, they draft Bradford, we draft Berry and then we exchange them?
Ok maybe not, this is what happened in the Rivers/Manning swap:
"The top pick of the draft hasn't been traded since 2004, when San Diego shipped Eli Manning to the New York Giants.
