Its not enough they regulate the ocean now the federal goverment want to manage every river lake a stream. So when they decide that a fish is endangered they can say no more fishing and its done. States will loose their rights to regulate the waters up to three miles out as they do now. Which works just fine.

the hopeful pro side to that is that there will be an influx of fed money to help pay for regulations and sanctuaries. my state fishing license money once a year cant support all that is needed.
